Everything Natal Junction sells is digital. Nothing is shipped, there are no shipping fees and delivery works the same in every country.

Guides

Guides such as The Complete Stellium Guide are PDF files. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the checkout page shows a download link and the same link arrives in your receipt email. You can download it again from that email at any time.

Personalised reports

A personalised report is calculated from the birth date, time and place you enter when you order, then sent to your email address as a PDF. The delivery time is stated on each product page before you pay. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived; if it is still missing after the stated time, write to us and we will resend it or refund you in full.

Gifts

When you buy a report as a gift, it is delivered to the email address you give for the recipient, or to you if you prefer to pass it on yourself.

Your birth details

We use the birth details you enter only to make your report. How we store and delete them is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Problems with a file

If a link does not work or a file will not open, reply to your receipt email or use the Contact page. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains when you get a replacement or your money back.
