Refund and Cancellation Policy

Natal Junction sells digital products: astrology guides and personalised reports delivered as PDF files. This page explains when we refund and how to ask. Prices are shown in US dollars and checkout is handled by our payment provider, which also issues any refund.

When you get a full refund

  • Your file never arrived, or the download link does not work and we cannot fix it.
  • The file is damaged or will not open, and a replacement does not solve it.
  • A personalised report was made from birth details that differ from the ones you entered, because of our error.
  • You were charged twice for the same order.

Ask within 14 days of purchase and we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

When we fix it instead

If you typed a birth date, time or place incorrectly, tell us within 14 days and we will remake your personalised report once, free, with the corrected details. If something in a guide or report reads as wrong to you, write to us: we check every message and correct real errors for everyone.

Change of mind

Because guides and reports are digital files you keep once they are delivered, we do not refund a change of mind after the file has been downloaded or emailed. Every product page shows what is inside before you pay.

Cancelling an order

A personalised report can be cancelled for a full refund until it has been delivered. Guides are delivered instantly at checkout, so they cannot be cancelled afterwards. We do not sell subscriptions, so there is nothing recurring to cancel.

How to ask

Reply to your receipt email, or reach us through the Contact page, with your order email and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank or card issuer decides how long it takes to appear.

Our guides and reports are astrological insights drawn from your birth details, written for self-reflection and entertainment. They are not predictions and not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, so we cannot refund based on whether events in your life match a reading.
