Digital Downloads & Refunds

Because our guides are instantly downloadable digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the download has been accessed. If you experience a problem with your file, contact us and we will make it right.

Personalized Reports

Custom reports are created based on the birth details you provide. The accuracy of your reading depends on the accuracy of that information. Reports are non-refundable once work has begun.
