Privacy Policy

Natal Junction ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. By using this website you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to provide - such as your name and email address when you request a custom report, contact us or join our newsletter. If you send feedback on a reading, we also store the birth details and rating you submit. If you ask us to email you a forecast, we store that email address with the sign details shown in your report, and we use it only to send what you asked for. When you purchase a guide, your transaction is handled by Gumroad under their own privacy policy; we do not store your payment details.

We also collect limited, anonymous usage data through Google Analytics, such as the pages you visit and your approximate location, to help us improve the site.

Birth Details for Personalised Reports

When you order a personalised report, we use the birth date, time and place you enter (and a partner's, for a couple report) only to calculate and prepare that report. We never sell them or use them for advertising. We keep them only as long as we need to deliver your report and handle a correction, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your enquiries and deliver custom reports.
• To send you newsletters and updates you have opted into.
• To understand how the site is used and improve our content.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that help us operate - for example, our form processor (Make.com), Notion for the feedback and forecast signups you send, Gumroad for purchases and Google Analytics - and only as needed to provide our services.

Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email. You may also request that we access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
